Manager and scientist with 15-years experience in management. PhD of technical sciences. Professional experience in team management as well as the management of financial and intellectual capital gained during 18 years as a manager and chief executor of R&D projects and implementation projects, both in Poland and abroad. Mr Kozłowski uses fresh approach to challenges and long-term experience of an R&D manager in the implementation of new projects/technologies and in fulfilling the R&D strategy of the EMAG Institute.
Mr Kozłowski is a member of steering committees of many projects in the realm of ICT, telecommunications, power engineering, new technologies, and security, such as National Scheme for Assessment and Certification of IT Products according to Common Criteria, Regional Cyber Security Centre, Public Administration Catalogues. He is also an active member of numerous associations, technical, scientific and organizational committees, scientific councils, expert councils, and technical committees.
Graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Silesian University of Technology, specializing in processing and use of electricity. Mr. Kozłowski completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronics and Computer Science of the Silesian University of Technology in the field of "Computer networks, microcomputer systems and databases" and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Organization and Management of the Silesian University of Technology in the field of "Modern methods of organization management". He participated in a number of national and overseas trainings which supplemented his education in the scope of science financing, commercialization, technology transfer, and projects management.

Participant of numerous specialized courses and training, such as: tax consultancy, finances, accounting, public procurement law, and management. Over-twenty-years experience in companies and teams management. Expert in financial management of companies, financial accounting, management accounting, financial and economic analysis, taxes, due diligence processes, business and project valuation.

Marek Sikora, D. Sc.
He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry of the University of Silesia, specializing in applications of mathematics. Since 1993 he has been an employee of the Institute of Computer Science of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, where in 2002 he obtained an academic degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences within IT technologies in the field of artificial intelligence. In 2014 he obtained a postdoctoral degree in computer science. Since 1998, he has worked at the Institute of Innovative Technologies EMAG, holding successively the positions of assistant, assistant professor, associate professor and scientific secretary.
He is an author of over 100 scientific publications, including many published in prestigious magazines (i.a. in Expert Systems with Applications, Information Sciences, and Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, BMC Bioinformatics). Mr. Sikora is a reviewer of many scientific journals related to the subject of learning algorithms, computational intelligence and decision support systems.
Member of program committees of dozens of national and international conferences. Manager and chief executive of domestic and European research and development projects.
He is a member of IEEE, International Rough Set Society and Polish Association for Artificial Intelligence. He is also a reviewer of National Centre for Research and Development.
